Dirfficulty with Setup

Waiting on Photopia support to allow setup to run.
Paid for software last Friday but could not run the setup.

What error messages are you getting? Is it locking up? If so, at what part of the installation?

I’ll ask the obvious question first. I’m assuming your PC specs meet the minimum requirements for Creator?

How far along in the installation process does it get? Does the error message come up right away, or after a certain step in the installation process?

Have you tried removing the program from your PC and re-downloading the setup file again?

PC Meets or exceeds Creator specs.
Happens as soon as setup is clicked on.
Program has never been on my PC.
Joshua is helping me. Very little response beyond my sending him my computer info.
Email only support is not the best in my opinion.

Have you tried running as Administrator? Disabling any anti-virus programs during the setup process?

All good now...
Looks like something was done on Photopia's end.
Went back and re-downloaded trial.
Completely different setup thumbnail.
Worked great.
